Nevada Solar One is a 400-acre, 64-megawatt CSP plant that harnesses solar energy to power more than 14,000 homes every year. It is the third-largest concentrating solar power plant in the world as of 2007 and the first such plant built in 17 years.
Innovative Design and Solargenix have collaborated to create the patened trough technology. Acciona owned the project using the technology. Innovative Design was involved in the project development and the control building design.
