Agave Mexican Restaurant

The design concept for the Agave Restaurant lies with inspiration from the Agave flower, a plant native largely to Mexico, but also to some areas of the southwestern United States. Innovative Design wanted to use the form of flower and the selection of materials to generate a truly authentic Mexican feel for the restaurant. Agave utilizes a daylighting strategy to minimize heat gains yet still provide the restaurant appropriate lighting was implemented in using a select combination of vision and daylighting windows.
