Foster Lake & Pond Management Office

Innovative Design completed a 6,338 SF net-zero energy office, retail store and shop for a firm that manages lakes and ponds for businesses, golf courses and residential developments. The building includes a public retail space, fish storage in two large tanks, a maintenance shop, private and open office areas and storage spaces.

The building incorporates well insulated walls and roof, daylighting, passive solar, wood interior paneling, a constructed wetland and a 16kW photovoltaic system.
